Maqolada ta'lim jarayonida emotsional intellektning (EI) o‘quvchilarga ta'siri va o‘qituvchilarning hissiy savodxonlikni rivojlantirishdagi roli ko‘rib chiqiladi. Emotsional intellekt o‘quvchilarning o‘z his-tuyg‘ularini boshqarish, boshqalarning hissiyotlarini tushunish va ijtimoiy muloqotlarda muvaffaqiyatli bo‘lishga yordam beradi. Maqola o‘qituvchilarga EI ko‘nikmalarini rivojlantirish uchun amaliy usullarni taqdim etadi, bu esa o‘quvchilarning akademik, ijtimoiy va shaxsiy rivojlanishiga ijobiy ta'sir qiladi.
