Maqolada axborot kommunikatsiya texnologiyalarni qo‘llash tendensiyalari ta’limning muhim omili sifatida yoritilgan. Shuningdek axborotlashtirishda kommunikatsiya texnologiyalari zarurati aniq misollar yordamida ochib berilgan. Hozirgi kompyuterlashtirilgan jamiyatimizda aynan kompyuter va texnik vositalarni ta’lim jarayonida qo‘llash, ta’lim jarayoni sifati va samaradorligini oshirilishi, baholash tizimini isloh qilinishi haqida fikr –mulohazalar bayon etilgan. Maqolada shuningdek ta’limning mobillashuvi, axborotlashuvi, integrallashuvi sharoitida uning samaradorligini oshirishga imkon beruvchi yangi ta’lim resurslari sifatida interaktiv elektron ta’lim resurslarini yaratish masalasi qaralgan.
