Mazkur maqolada pedagogik liderlik va boshqaruv kompetentligining zamonaviy ta’lim tizimidagi o‘rni va ahamiyati ilmiy-nazariy asoslangan holda yoritilgan. Shuningdek, ushbu kompetentlikni rivojlantirish yo‘llari, uning ta’lim sifatiga ijobiy ta’siri va global tajribalar tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqotda sifatli va miqdoriy metodlardan foydalanilib, amaliy natijalar asosida samarali strategiyalar ishlab chiqilgan.
