Abstract

The primary objective of this paper is to delve into the most pervasive issues affecting women, and beyond. To uncover the underlying reasons why so many women shy away from or struggle in the realm of business. Moreover, this paper aims to identify strategies that have proven successful for business leaders, regardless of their gender.
