Ushbu tadqiqotning maqsadi yengil atletika sportchilari uchun nonushtaning mashq bajarilishiga ta’sirini o‘rganishdan iborat. Ushbu yo‘nalishda uzoq vaqt davomida ochlik va to‘yinganlik holatlarida organizmning fiziologik jarayonlari, ayniqsa, chidamlilik, tezlik va energiya sarfi bilan bog‘liq o‘zgarishlar batafsil o‘rganilgan. Tadqiqot adabiyotlarni tahlil qilish va tarkibiy sharh usuli yordamida amalga oshirilgan. Adabiy ma’lumotlar akademik nashrlardan hamda yengil atletika bilan bog‘liq mutaxassislik kitoblaridan olingan. Tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko‘rsatadiki, och qoringa mashq bajarish organizmning yog‘ oksidlanishini oshirishga yordam berishi va natijada vaznni nazorat qilish jarayonida samarali usul bo‘lishi mumkin. Biroq, musobaqaga tayyorgarlik ko‘rayotgan yengil atletlar yoki intensiv mashg‘ulot o‘tkazayotgan sportchilar uchun mashg‘ulotdan oldin uglevodlarni iste’mol qilish zarurati mavjud bo‘lishi mumkin, chunki bu quvvatni ushlab turish va mashq natijalarini yaxshilash uchun muhimdir. Shuningdek, och qoringa mashq qilish bosh aylanishi, qon shakarining pasayishi yoki charchoq kabi salbiy ta’sirlarga olib kelishi mumkin. Bu kabi holatlarni oldini olish uchun nonushta yoki yengil gazak iste’mol qilish tavsiya etiladi.
