Abstract

Ushbu maqolada qalqonsimon bez faoliyatining buzilishi natijasida kelib chiqadigan tireotoksikoz patologiyasida organizmning biokimyoviy o`zgarishlari va uni qayta tiklash masalalari keltirildi. Tadqiqot ishida kversetin, rutin, digidrokversetin va punitan polifenollari korreksiyalovchi modda sifatida ishlatildi. Kversetin, rutin, digidrokversetin va punitan polifenollarining in vitro sharoitida eksperimental tireotoksikoz modelidagi (L-tiroksinning eritmasi 0,3mg/kg/kun) kalamushlarning qon zardobidagi biokimyoviy ko`rsatkichlari o`rganildi.
