Abstract

Ushbu tadqiqotning maqsadi laboratoriya sharoitida hayvonlarda yiringli-yallig'lanish jarayonini shakllanishining kalamushlarda optimal usulni aniqlashdir.

Kalamushlarda yiringli yaralarni shakllantirishning ko'plab turli xil usullarini hisobga olgan holda, biz eng aniq natijalar bilan tanlab oldik. Bugungi kunda yiringli yara jarohatlarni modellashtirishning ko‘plab variantlari mavjud, ammo eksperimental amaliyotda bir nechta asosiy usullar qo‘llaniladi. Ulardan biri oldindan mavjud bo‘lgan usullar (“Kalamushlarda yiringli yarani modellashtirish.” D.Yu. Xaritonov, A.Yu. Kovalenko. Ilmiy-amaliy jurnal, 2017 yil, 57-60-betlar.) mualliflar bir nechta usullarni solishtirgandan so‘ng (ag‘darilgan laxtak texnikasi, A.I.Sychennikovning modifikatsiyalangan texnikasi, Belarussiya davlat tibbiyot universiteti texnikasi, mikroblarning ma’lum suspenziyasini teri ostiga yuborish texnikasi).  

Yiringli yarani modellashtirish kalamushning kurak usti soxasida qilinadi, chunki bu anatomik soxa nafaqat hayvonning o'zidan, balki undan ham ko'proq tashqi ta'sirlardan himoyalangan, masalan, qo'shimcha yara kontaminatsiyasi choyshab materialidagi mikrofloralar.  Kalamushlarning kurak usti soxasida yiringli yarani modellashtirish bir marta ishlatiladigan skalpel bilan teri va teri osti to‘qimalari tananing bo‘ylama yo‘nalishi bo‘yicha, bir-biridan 1,0 sm oraliq tashlab uzunligi 2,0 sm-gacha bo‘lgan 2 ta parallel kesma mushak fassiyasigacha bo‘lgan chuqurlikda kesiladi. Natijada o‘ziga xos “ko‘prik” shakllanadi. Bundan tashqari, kalmushning kurak usti soxasida yiringli yarani vizual tekshirish uchun qulayroq va keyingi terapiya nuqtai nazaridan ham amaliydir.
