Bino va inshootlarni konstruktiv loyihalashda BIM (Building Information Modeling) texnologiyalarini qo'llash samaradorlikni oshirish va loyihalarni sifatli, aniq va xavfsiz bajarishda muhim ahamiyat kasb etadi. Ushbu maqola BIM texnologiyasining qurilish jarayonlaridagi ahamiyatini, uning imkoniyatlarini va konstruktiv loyihalashda qo‘llash usullarini o‘rganishga bag‘ishlangan. Maqolada BIMning konstruktiv yechimlarni yaratishdagi roli, loyiha jarayonlarining avtomatlashtirilishi, resurslarni tejash, loyihalarning moddiy va vaqt xarajatlarini kamaytirishga qo‘shgan hissasi tahlil qilinadi. Shu bilan birga, texnologiyani joriy qilishdagi asosiy qiyinchiliklar va ularni bartaraf etish yo‘llari ham ko‘rib chiqiladi.
