Abstract

Ayollarda bachadon miomasi va bu kasallik keltirib chaqarayotgan asoratlar zamonaviy meditsina yutuqlariga qaramay, to'liq o'rganilmagan va  ko'payib bormoqda. Ginekologik kasalliklar ichida bachadon miomasi so'ngi 5yil mobaynida eng ko'p uchrayotgani takidlab kelinmoqda, ayniqsa reproduktiv yoshdagi ayollarda bu kasallik tufayli bepushtlik kelib chiqishi ham kuzatilishi mumkun. Premenopauzal yoshdagi ayollarda esa bachadon miomasi tufayli qon ketish, kuchli og'riq va og'r holatlarda siydik tutaolmaslikka olib keladi. Bunday asoratlarni oldini olish va har qanday yoshdagi ayollarda bachadon miomasini erta tashxislashda biologik markerlarni ro'li yoritilgan tadqiqotimiz bilan bo'lishamiz.
