The milk yield of the Karabair breed depends on hereditary, external and special factors. The amount of milk is low during the first lactation period, milk increases with an increase in lactation with high satiety and, respectively, leads to a decrease in quality indicators. At the end of the lactation period, the ability to milk the bibs again decreases, and the fat content increases accordingly.
