The model incorporates innovative pedagogical approaches, professional development opportunities, and collaborative spaces for teachers to explore and develop their creative capacities. By implementing this model, institutions can transform their teacher education programs into dynamic hubs of creativity, ultimately benefiting both teachers and students alike.
