Zamonaviy dunyoda ta'lim inson hayotining muhim qismiga aylandi, chunki u bilim va malakani oshiradi. Ozbekistonda hukumat imkoniyati cheklangan o’quvchilarning teng va to’laqonli ta’lim olishini qonun bilan kafolatlab qo’ygan. Ingliz tilini o'qitishda esa, hatto malakali o'qituvchilar ham ruhiy va jismoniy kamchiligi bo'lgan talabalarga ingliz tilini o'rgatishda muammolarga duch kelishadi. Ingliz tili yoki chet tilini alohida ehtiyojli talabalarga o'rgatadigan o'qituvchilar duch keladigan muammolarni hal qilish dolzarbligiga qaramay, ushbu mavzuni yorituvchi mavjud maqolalar yetarli emas.
