LEGAL FRAMEWORK FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF 5G TECHNOLOGY

Key elements such as spectrum allocation, infrastructure sharing, data protection, and cybersecurity are discussed in detail. The article examines existing telecommunications laws and recent policy changes, including the "Digital Uzbekistan – 2030" strategy, which lays the groundwork for 5G rollout across the country. The role of public-private partnerships and the impact of 5G on digital transformation, smart services, and IoT applications are also highlighted.
