Abstract

Metabotrop glutamat retseptori [mGluRs] markaziy nerv tizimida ionotrop tavsifga ega bo‘lgan – AMPA– va NMDA–retseptorlar kabi, funksional jihatdan muhim ahamiyatga ega hisoblanadi. Shu sababli Glutamat kislotaning AMPA– va NMDA–retseptorlarga ta'sirini o‘rganish muhim ahamiyat kasb etadi.
