PESHOB TАRKIBIDАN АJRАTIB OLINGАN METFORMIN DORI VOSITАSINI SEPEKTRАL TАHLILI

Metformin 2-toifa qandli diabetda qo’llaniladigan, anti-giperglikemik vositadir. Ko’pchilik bemorlarda metformin hazm sistemasi bilan bog’liq nojo’ya ta’sirlarni namoyon qiladi. Metforminning organizmdagi lokal dozasini ortib ketishi sezilarli o'lim darajasini keltirib chiqaruvchi laktik atsidozga sabab bo’lishi mumkin. Metformin ichaklarda vitamin B12 ni so’rilishini kamaytirib, uzoq vaqt davomida qabul qilayotgan bemorlarda anemiya xavfini yuzaga keltirishi mumkin. Metforminni termodesorbsion sirt ionlashuv spektroskopik usulda chinlik tahlili o‘rganildi. Bunda 195±15 °C va ~250±20 °C metforminga xos chiziqli cho‘qqilar paydo bo‘ldi. Usulning sezgirlik darajasi 10-9 g ni tashkil qildi. Termodesorbsion sirt ionlashuv spektroskopiya usuli yordamida metforminni dori vositasi va peshob tarkibidan olingan namunalarlarda tasdiqlab olishda ijobiy natijalarga erishildi.
