The teacher-mukamal should be a specialist in the field of formed chemistry. It is necessary to know the psychology of children by age, in addition to the science of chemistry, chemical knowledge and practical techniques. He must perfectly master the methods of carrying out all the stages of prior knowledge. Knowing the didactic foundations of the science in which he teaches, he must convey knowledge based on his life experience, giving the general methods of giving knowledge to the children's ages into account.
