THE INTERTEXTUAL STUDY OF THE SYMBOL ‘PENTACLE’ FROM DA VINCI CODE BY DAN BROWN

Abstract

This article is devoted to the intertextual study of the pentacle, one of the engrossed symbols used in the bestseller Da Vinci Code. The research shows that the symbol pentacle is one of the most wide spread and common object  not only in modern literature but also in social life ,it aimed to  start with the study of its etymology from initial usage and  up to date works in various references relating the meaning of the symbol pentacle.
