Abstract

Ushbu maqolada PIRLS, PISA va TIMSS kabi Xalqaro baholash dasturlarining ta’lim sohasidagi o‘rni va uning  rivojlanishiga qay darajada hissa qo‘shishi haqida fikrlar bayon etiladi. Ta’lim sifatini oshirish va yaxshilash jarayoni mobaynida albatta uni xalqaro baholash dasturlariga tayangan holda amalga oshirish samarali va muhim hisoblanadi. Chunki ular ta’lim tizimi samaradorligini baholash, global standartlarga moslashish va kelajak uchun strategik qarorlar qabul qilish imkonini beradi.
