CAUSES AND PREVENTION OF PRIMARY HEADACHES
Abstract
Primary headaches, including migraines, tension-type headaches, and cluster headaches, are prevalent neurological disorders that significantly affect quality of life. This article reviews the primary causes of these headaches and emphasizes the importance of preventive strategies to manage and reduce their frequency and severity. A comprehensive approach, including lifestyle modifications, pharmacological interventions, and non-pharmacological therapies, is essential for effective management.
