The reforms being carried out in today's renewed Uzbekistan have laid the foundation stone for building a democratic legal state, aiming for the improvement of a strong civil society. The essence of real democracy is that it provides equal rights and freedoms to all people, and at the same time, to every individual, regardless of gender, race, nationality, language, religion, social origin, belief, personality and social status. provides equal opportunities, the protection of equal rights is guaranteed by the state. The article discusses issues of raising the legal culture of women in this regard.
