Abstract

Nowadays, for school students, motivation or encouragement plays a crucial role in their life.  In school life, students need more attention, motivation, and at the same time a motivator. Motivation is the driving force behind our actions, behaviors, and choices. It is the inner spark that pushes us to set goals, make efforts, and strive for personal or professional achievements. In school, the motivator is definitely the teacher, and the motivation is the teacher's action to encourage the students to study. If a teacher motivates a low-achieving student, the student will definitely try to study like other peers.
