Abstract

This article investigates the gendered speech patterns between men and women, examining how societal roles, linguistic structures, and communication styles shape language use. It identifies key differences in speech patterns, such as directness, politeness, and emotional expression, and explores how these variations affect interpersonal communication. Drawing on sociolinguistic theories and empirical studies, the article proposes solutions to bridge communication gaps and foster more inclusive and effective dialogue between the genders. By understanding these gendered nuances in language, we can enhance cross-gender communication and reduce misunderstandings.
