The durability of hammer crusher working components is crucial for maintaining operational efficiency and minimizing downtime in industries such as mining, cement production, and aggregate processing. Frequent wear and failure of these components not only lead to increased maintenance costs but also disrupt production schedules, impacting overall profitability.
This article investigates innovative methods to enhance the durability of hammer crusher working parts. The proposed strategies include the utilization of advanced materials like composite alloys and high-entropy alloys, application of surface engineering techniques such as thermal spraying and laser cladding, optimization of heat treatment processes like cryogenic treatment and induction hardening, and design improvements through computational modeling and finite element analysis.
