Abstract

In this paper we report a truly solvent less Drying Technology of  Welding Electrode coating by electron beam Technologies that can be scalable for classical and advanced in heating and drying. Unlike conventional stoves wet coated electrode, electron beam Technologies offers significantly high loading and produces a thick electrode that allows for high energy density cells without compromising physical properties and electrochemical performance. Electron beam exhibits better effectiveness capability than those of conventional. Electron beam has demonstrated scalability by producing robust self-supporting drying coated welding electrode.
