Bolalarning sog‘lom bo‘lib o‘sishi, demak, sog‘lom avlodni voyaga yetkazishda sport bilan muntazam shug‘ullanish katta ahamiyatga ega. o'sish, ijtimoiylashuv, o'zlarining ijobiy his-tuyg'ularini rivojlantirish va umrbod takomillashtirish, ijobiy idrok va fikrlashni o'rgatish ota-onalar va o'qituvchilarga katta yordam beradi. Ma’lumki, individlarning harakatga o’rgatish faoliyatida ishtirok etishi ularning tanasi, ongi va shaxsiy tuzilishini takomillashtirib, sotsiologik taraqqiyotga katta hissa qo’shadi.
