ENDOMETRIOZ BILAN OG‘RIGAN BEMORLAR KOMPLEKS TERAPIYASIDA VITAMIN D QO‘LLASHNING INTERLEYKINLAR DARAJASIGA TA’SIRI
Abstract
Endometrioz — reproduktiv yoshdagi ayollarda uchraydigan surunkali, estrogenlarga bog‘liq yallig‘lanish kasalligi bo‘lib, u bachadon bo‘shlig‘idan tashqarida joylashgan endometriyal to‘qimalarning patologik o‘sishi bilan tavsiflanadi. Ushbu kasallik tos sohasida surunkali og‘riq, dismenoreya va bepushtlik kabi klinik belgilar bilan kechadi. Endometriozning kelib chiqishida genetik, immunologik va gormonal omillar muhim rol o‘ynaydi.Patogenezida immunologik disbalans kuzatiladi, ayniqsa yallig‘lanish mediatorlari, shu jumladan interleykinlar (IL-1, IL-6, IL-8, IL-10) darajasining oshishi bilan tavsiflanadi. Ushbu interleykinlar mahalliy yallig‘lanish jarayonlarini rag‘batlantiradi, og‘riq sindromini kuchaytiradi va endometriozning progressiv rivojlanishiga sabab bo‘ladi. So‘nggi tadqiqotlar vitamin D ning immunomodulyator xususiyatlarini ko‘rsatib, uning yallig‘lanish jarayonlarini kamaytirishdagi rolini ta’kidlamoqda. Vitamin D retseptorlar orqali immun tizimining hujayralari bilan o‘zaro ta’sirlashib, yallig‘lanish mediatorlari ishlab chiqarilishini boshqaradi.
