Kaizen tizimi, ya'ni doimiy yaxshilanish tamoyili, menejment sohasida samaradorlik
va raqobatbardoshlikni oshirishga qaratilgan bir yondashuvdir. Ushbu maqolada Kaizen tizimining
menejmentda o'rni va uning natijalari tahlil qilinadi. Kaizen metodologiyasi ichki jarayonlarni
optimallashtirish, xodimlarni jalb qilish va tashkilotning umumiy samaradorligini yaxshilashga
yo'naltirilgan. U turli sohalarda muvaffaqiyatli qo'llanilib, sifatni nazorat qilish, chiqindilarni
kamaytirish va ish jarayonlarini soddalashtirish orqali yirik kompaniyalarda sezilarli ijobiy
o'zgarishlarga olib kelgan. Shuningdek, Kaizen tizimining uzoq muddatli muvaffaqiyatga erishish
uchun talab qilinadigan tashkilot madaniyati va xodimlarning o'zgarishga tayyorligi kabi faktorlar
ham ko'rib chiqiladi.
