Ushbu tezis korxona va tashkilotlarda xodimlarning kelib ketishini samarali qilish usullari va uning ahamiyatini o'rganishga bag'ishlangan. Xodimlarning ish vaqtini nazorat qilish, ularning ish faoliyatini baholash va korxonaning umumiy samaradorligini oshirishda muhim omil hisoblanadi. Nazoratning samarali usullarini joriy etish, shuningdek, xodimlarni rag'batlantirish va ularning ishga bo'lgan sodiqligini oshirishga yordam beradi.
