The article examines changes in the field of education and economy under the influence of information and communication technologies. It is based on the fact that the differences between the digital, information economy, knowledge economy and the new economy are mainly terminological in nature. At the same time, goods presented in digital form, unlike other definitions and definitions, have a material nature and can be accounted for and presented in statistical form and in economic and mathematical models. The continuous technological advancement inherent in the digital economy leads to the need for individuals to learn, develop their creative potential, and build careers throughout their lives.
